Caribbean Stud

Caribbean Stud is a classic casino game that is very popular among many players.  The progressive jackpots for a Royal Flush can vary from $18,000 to over a $100,000 depending on the casino and how long it has been since the last Royal Flush has been dealt.  This is a casino game that can reward you greatly or crush you badly depending on the cards you get, but most of all depending on whether or not the dealer qualifies.
The objective of Caribbean Stud will depend on the type of poker hand you have.  Sometimes you want the dealer to qualify (Ace King and higher), but sometimes you are guessing that the dealer will have nothing and just collecting the ante bet.  One thing is for sure, almost every player that plays Caribbean Stud will place a bet on the progressive bet.  Mostly because of the harsh nature of the game when you get a real great hand, but the dealer does not qualify.

For the best performance, you should have the latest Adobe Flash player and the Adobe Shockwave player installed.

How to play Caribbean Stud

It is not hard to play Caribbean Stud at the Instant Play Casino with your $1000 free play bankroll.  All you have to do is click on the playing chips to place a bet.  You can also click on the red lit circle to play the progressive bet.  When you are ready you will need to press the "Deal" button.
Your five cards will be dealt face up and four of the five dealer cards will be dealt face down.  At this time you are going to decide whether to fold by pressing the "Fold" button or raise your bet by pressing the "Raise" button.  The raise bet will be double your ante bet.  All of the progressive bet payouts will now be paid out to you.
The rest of the dealer's cards will be flipped over and one of three things will happen.
(1) The dealer's hand will not qualify (has less than Ace-King high).  If you this happens, your raise bet will be pushed back and your ante bet will be paid 1:1 regardless of your hand.
(2) The dealer's hand will qualify and has a better hand than you.  If this happens you will lose both your ante and your raise bet.
(3) The dealer's hand will qualify, but has a lesser hand than you.  This is the most ideal situation.  When this happens you will be paid 1:1 on your ante bet and 1:1 to 100:1 on your raise bet depending on your hand.
